The owner of this development site, had a vision to extend the existing 6 unit site. They wanted to add on 2 double story townhouses, and 2 single story townhouses to the rear of the existing block. Construction began in July 2017, and was completed in May 2018 for a very happy developer.
The site required the existing common driveway and all services to be removed. It all upgraded and re-instated, all whilst the existing 6 units were occupied.
