The owners of this existing 3 bedroom double brick minors cottage in a prestigious street in South Yarra. Their Architect prepared plans to virtually demolish the original house and add a large extension on the rear and a new second story. Construction began in October 2014 and was completed in April 2015 with construction taking just over 6 months. We had the pleasure of converting this home to a ultra-modern luxurious home for 2 very happy owners who love their virtually new home. We are extremely proud of this building project as its was technically challenging.
