EQSS is a Building Cost Estimating Template suited to a Single storey renovation and extension with a small sized extension. The remaining parts of the home were also renovated.

The Excel template is the same copy of the costing used by the builder to build rebuild and extend this quality home. The build was completed in 2019 close to budget. The template includes all the costs allowed which gives the user an excellent starting point in estimating the costs of their own small extension and renovation.

Landscaping and a number of other items have not been included as the owner supplied or contract these items to others as a part of the specifications.
