UBSM is a Building Cost Estimating Template suited to a single storey, 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage unit at the back of an existing dwelling. Commonly known as a Dual Occupancy site.

The Excel template is the same copy of the costing used by the builder to build this unit. The build was completed in 2020 on budget. The template includes all the costs allowed which gives the user an excellent starting point in estimating the costs of their own unit or small dwelling. Landscaping, external decks and works to the existing dwelling have not been included in this template as the developer completed these works.
